Description

Situated in a ponderosa pine forest, near 450 acre Deerfield Lake. Elevation is 6,200 feet. Very comfortable temperatures. There is a ten mile trail around the lake. Popular activities include hiking, mountain biking, fishing, sightseeing and bird watching. Deerfield Lake is a no wake lake. Firewood is available.

Non-reservable sites may be available on a first come-first served basis. There will be a pet charge of $2 per pet per night, Payable upon check in. Reservations must be made at least 4 days in advance. Maximum 2 vehicles per site. Additional vehicles may be accommodated on some sites for an additional charge. No refunds for bad weather. There are no electric sites at this campground.
