Alerts and Important Information

There are 57 sites with electricity and water hook ups and 8 tent sites that are first-come first-serve. There is a $5 fee for extra vehicles and can only be parked in the overflow parking lot located about 1000 feet from tepee sites. Check in time is 4pm. Check out time is 1pm.
Additional tent sites are available at Indian Creek. These sites are also available on a first come, first served basis.

Directions to Lake Owyhee State Park
From Highway 201, turn west at Owyhee Junction onto Owyhee Avenue for 5 miles, then turn south (left) onto Owyhee Dam Cutoff Rd for 22 miles to the park.
WARNING: Parts of this road are steep and narrow with sharp corners, and with limited visibilty. Please use caution.
