This Mt Hood National Forest campground is on Timothy Lake at approximately 3400 feet of elevation. If no sites are available, try other Timothy Lake MOUNTAINS, WILDERNESS, OPEN SPACE Campgrounds: Oak Fork, Hoodview, or Pine Point. From Sandy, Oregon, travel east on Highway 26 for approximately 40 miles to Skyline Road (Rd 42). Turn right on Skyline Road, travel south 9 miles. Turn right on FS Road 57, west 2 miles, turn right at the Gone Creek Campground entrance sign.
