FIREWOOD SOLD ON SITE ATTRIBUTES: Firewood sold on site, Staff resides on site. HIKING, BIKING, PICNICKING AND FISHING 3RD AND 4TH EXTRA VEHICLE FEE COLLECTED AT CAMPGROUND

UTILITIES: Hand Pump Well Water, Pit Toilets, No Electricity. Camp Creek Campground is located on the Mt Hood National Forest at 2200 feet of elevation. This shady, cool campground sits on a flat bench above Camp Creek. The campground was originally constructed by the Civilian Conservation Corps in 1936. Some features from this era remain, such as several stone fireplaces. Several campground updates have taken place since 1983. The Still Creek trail takes off from the west end of the campground, and other trailheads are nearby.

From Portland, travel east on Highway 26 for approximately 32 miles. Camp Creek Campground is located on the south (right) side of the Highway, about 3 miles past the community of Rhododendron.
