Camping Reservations

Description

Depending on weather conditions the campground may be open in early May and late September. No advance reservations are available outside the dates listed above. Located in the Bozeman Ranger District of the Gallatin National Forest 31 miles south of Bozeman, Montana. The Campground, at 5,800 feet elevation, is adjacent to scenic Swan Creek, a tributary of the Gallatin River. All campsites are along the creek surrounded by spruce and fir trees. Roads are paved and campsites spurs are gravel.

31 MILES S. OF BOZEMAN HWY 191
Bozeman MT 59718

Located 31 miles south of Bozeman, Montana. From Bozeman take U.S. Highway 191 south for 30 miles to the Swan Creek turnoff. Turn left and go 1/2 mile to the campground. From West Yellowstone, travel 58 miles north on US Hwy 191; turn right at Swan Creek turnoff and go 1/2 mile to the campground.
