Description
Located 7 miles south of Red Lodge, Montana , near the Beartooth Scenic Byway, Beartrack, and Corral Creek Trailheads. The campground is adjacent to Rock Creek and 8 miles from Greenough Lake. There is access to the Beartooth Wilderness from the Hell Roaring and Lake Fork Trailheads.
A campground host is located at Rattin Campground, 1.5 miles south on Rattin Campground Road. All sites have a fire grate and picnic table, and potable water is available from a hand pump. There are accessible vault toilets; site 9 is universally accessible.
Popular activities include fishing the main fork of Rock Creek and Greenough Lake, mountain biking, hiking Parkside National Recreation Trail, and four-wheeling up Hell Roaring Road. Summer events include Home of Champions rodeo on the 4th of July weekend, Mountain Man Rendezvous in late July, and Festival of nations in early August.

Located 62 miles northeast of Cooke City, Montana, and the northeast gate to Yellowstone National Park, or 7 miles south of Red Lodge, MT. From Highway 212, turn off at Rattin Campground Road (formerly Eastside Road) at southwest intersection and go 2 miles to the campground, entrance on left.
