Description
Located 12 miles south of Red Lodge, Montana , near the Beartooth Scenic Byway, Glacier Lake, and the Hell Roaring and Lake Fork Trailheads. The campground is adjacent to Rock Creek and 1/4 mile from Greenough Lake. There is access to the Beartooth Wilderness from the Hell Roaring and Lake Fork Trailheads.
A campground host is on site at Parkside Campground. Sites 9 and 11 are accessible for people with disabilities. All sites have a fire grate and picnic table, and potable water is available from a hand pump. There are accessible vault toilets.
Popular activities include fishing the main fork of Rock Creek and Greenough Lake, mountain biking, hiking Parkside National Recreation Trail, and four-wheeling up Hell Roaring Road. Summer events include Home of Champions Rodeo on the 4th of July weekend, Mountain Man Rendezvous in late July, and Festival of Nations in early August.

Located 55 miles northeast of Cooke City, MT and the northeast gate of Yellowstone National Park, and 12 miles south of Red Lodge, MT. Go 12 miles south of Red Lodge to the campground. From Hwy 212, turn off at Rock Creek Road 2421. Go 1 mile to campground entrance on the left.
