Pomme de Terre Lake, with its 7,790 surface acres and 113 miles of shoreline, is well known for excellent fishing combined with panoramic scenery.

Damsite Park has 128 campsites: 39 with electric and water, 24 with electricity, and numerous basic sites. Additional amenities include a dump station, 2 shower houses, 2 coin operated laundries, playground, and amphitheater.

From Springfield MO: Take US 65 north 60 miles to Preston MO. Take Hwy 54 west to Hermitage, MO. Take Hwy 254/64 south to Carsons Corner, take Hwy 254 west toward the Dam. The entrance to Damsite Park is on the south side of 254.
