In Central Minnesota's popular lakes area, the Crosslake Recreation Area (Ronald L. Cloutier Recreation Area) has tremendous appeal to the Day User enthusiast. The area offers a picnic pavilion complete with electricity, adjoining parking, a playground and picnic area and a swimming beach.

Reservations must be made at least 1 day in advance. The Day Use areas are open year round and the picnic shelter may be reser at a cost of $35. Additional information is available by calling (218) 692-2025.

From Brainerd, MN on Hwy 25, turn right on County Road 3 and travel north to Crosslake, MN. The Day Use area entrance is to the left, directly across from intersections 3 and 66.
