Description

Duckett Mill Campground is located on Lake Sidney Lanier. Lake Lanier touches five counties in Georgia and is just 45 minutes from Atlanta. The lake covers 38,000 acres that were once rolling farmland. The lake provides outdoor recreational opportunities to fish, camp, boat, picnic or sightsee. Duckett Mill Campground offers 97 sites with water and electric hookup and 14 tent only sites. Additional amenities include hot showers, laundry facilities, a boat ramp, playground, a dump station, and a swimming area.

Reservations must be made at least 1 day in advance.
This campground requires a 1 day minimum stay on weekends.
This campground requires a 3 day minimum stay on holiday weekends.
The campground is open April - September and sites range from $17 - $27 dollars/night.
Primary occupants must occupy campsites overnight. Renting a site for the purpose of day use or parking is prohibited.

Attendants are scheduled 7:00am-10:30pm and the campground telephone number is (770) 532-9802.
Check-in time is 4pm and checkout time is 3pm. Park gates are locked from 10:30pm until 7am.
Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited at all Corps parks on Lake Lanier.

To reach this park take state route 400 north to exit 17, turn right on Georgia Highway 306, turn right on Georgia Highway 53, turn right on Duckett Mill road. Follow Duckett Mill Road into the campground.
