Description

Bolding Mill Campground is located on Lake Sidney Lanier. Lake Lanier touches five counties in Georgia and is just 45 minutes from Atlanta. The lake covers 38,000 acres that were once rolling farmland. The lake provides outdoor recreational opportunities to fish, camp, boat, picnic or sightsee. Bolding Mill Campground offers 88 sites with electric and water hookups and 9 tent only sites. Additional amenities include a dump station, laundry facilities, a playground, hot showers, and a swimming beach.

*Reservations must be made at least 1 day in advance.*
1 night minimum on weekends. 3 night minimum on holidays.
The campground is open April - September and sites range from $17 - $27 dollars night.
1-3 vehicles per site with 3 vehicles maximum within campground including visitors.
Attendants are scheduled 7:00am - 10:30pm and the campground telephone number is 770-534-6960.
Check-in time is 4pm and checkout time is 3pm. Park gates are locked from 10:30pm until 7am.
Alcoholic beverages are prohibited at all Corps parks on Lake Lanier.
Primary occupants must occupy campsites overnight. Renting a site for the purpose of day use or parking is prohibited.
8 person maximum per site including visitors.

From Atlanta, GA, take SR 400 north to Exit 17, turn right on GA Hwy 306, turn right on GA Hwy 53, turn left on Old Sardis Rd, and turn left on Chestatee Rd. Follow into campground.
