From the east: Take 528 (Beeline) west to 417 (Greenway) south, exit on Celebration Ave. (exit #2) to Hwy 192. Take 192 west, turn north at Hwy 27, go 2 miles, look for the sign on the right.
From the northwest: Take I-75 to the Florida Turnpike, then travel south on the Turnpike to Hwy 27. Travel south on Hwy 27, passing the town of Clermont. The preserve is located on the left (east) side of Hwy 27, 13 miles south of Clermont.
From the northeast: Take I-4 west through Orlando to Hwy 192. Turn right and travel west on Hwy 192 to Hwy 27. Turn right and travel north on Hwy 27 for 2 miles. The preserve is located on the right (east) side of Hwy 27.
