Alerts and Important InformationKOA SYSTEM RESERVATION/CANCELLATION POLICY Reservation Guarantee Deposit A credit card deposit equal to the registration charges for your first night is required to guarantee a reservation. Deposit charged at time of reservation. Cancellation Requirements for Deposit Refund (subject to a $10 cancellation fee) If you are unable to honor your reservation, call and cancel prior to these deadlines: RV: 48 Hours - Notify KOA by 4 p.m. two days prior to arrival date. Kabin: 7 Days - Notify KOA one week prior to arrival date. Reservations made after deadlines will require a non-refundable deposit. Race week reservations are non refundable after January 1st of the race year. Before January 1st there will be a $10.00 cancellation fee. There will be no exceptions to this rule.
