Description
This campground is located approximately 15 miles south of Buena Vista, Colorado. There are 21 sites in a partially wooded area. Restrooms are provided. There is no dump station available and no dumping of grey/waste water allowed. This area has historic attractions.

Alerts and Important Information
Reservations must be made 4 days in advance. This campground requires a 2 day minimum stay on weekends and a 3 day minimum stay on holiday weekends. Parking is restricted. The chalk cliffs, while beautiful to behold, are very dangerous. View from a distance, resist the urge to climb them. No discharge of firearms or fireworks. A fee of $5 for extra vehicles will be collected at the campground. This campground has first-come, first-served sites. Limited water available - no water hookups Maximum 8 persons per site (except for group campgrounds) Quiet Hours 10 pm to 6 am Check in : 2 pm checkout is 12 pm

From Buena Vista, Colorado, take Highway 285 south to Nathrop, Colorado. Turn west on County Road 162, travel 9 miles to the Cascade Campground.
