Description
Fallen Leaf Campground is in the Lake Tahoe Basin. The campground is 3/4's of a mile from the south shore of Lake Tahoe and on the north shore of Fallen Leaf Lake. Within two miles are Pope and Baldwin Beaches where swimming, picnicking, kayaking, and many other activities take place. Highway 89, a pedal path, and a shuttle provide easy access to these beaches. The campground consists of 206 well spaced camp sites in a variety of settings in pine, aspen, and fir trees. The season is approximately May 15 to October 15. Wonderful vacation memories begin here.

Reservations must be booked at least 1 day in advance
No walk in sites available

All campers must register at Kiosk at campground entrance
Six people allowed per site
Quite hours 10pm to 6am
$5.00 fee for extra vehicles collected at campground
No discharge of firearms or fireworks
No ATV or OHV use in campground
Bears frequent the area. All food must be kept in approved containers
Pet rules strictly enforced. Max 2 pets per site
No pets on beaches
No hunting or chain saw use
No refunds for bad weather
