Description
Aspen Group Campground is part of the Jackson Meadow complex located on the north east side of Jackson Meadow Reservoir. This campground has 3 group sites; Spring Unit will accommodate up to 50 people, Hill and Ridge Unit will both accommodate up to 25 people. Swimming beach and boat ramp nearby. This location makes a great base camp for activities like: fishing, hunting, hiking, bike riding, boating, swimming, water skiing and sight seeing.

Jackson Meadow Recreation Area Camp Store Is Now Open!
Located on the west side of the reservoir near the Woodcamp Recreation Sites. The Camp Store offers a variety of camping and fishing equipment and supplies; including Ice, Snack, Groceries and Gift items-making it the perfect place to come for those forgotten and needed items.

Alerts and Important Information
Reservations must be made 3 days in advance.
There is a 3 night minimum stay on holiday weekends.
Additional $2.00 per night fee for Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labord Day weekends.
No hook-ups.
No Showers.
Pets must be leashed at all times.
Quiet hours are 10pm to 6am.
Fire restrictions may apply.
No useage of chainsaw, firearms or fireworks allowed.
No ATV/OHV use in the campground.
No cell service or telephones.
CAUTION; Bears frequent the area, all food must be kept in approved containers.

Take I-80 to Truckee, Highway 89 north exit. Follow 89 north towards Sierraville for 17 miles to Jackson Meadows turn off. Travel westbound on Forest Road 07 for 18 miles to Jackson Meadows Reservoir. A secondary access is by way of Bowman Lake Road off Highway 20. |
