Description

Cowhide Cove Campground is located on Lake Greeson. The lake is approximately 12 miles long with 7260 surface acres of water for fishing, skiing, boating, and other water sports. Bald eagles are an attraction for visitors each winter. In the campground, there is a short nature trail for naturalists and birders to enjoy. The campground offers 50 sites, 48 with electric hookups. Other amenities include a dump station, hot showers, a boat ramp, a playground, and a swim beach.

From Hot Springs, west on US 70 (41 miles) to Kirby, AR 27 south (5 miles) to Cowhide Cove Access Road, west on Access Road (2 miles) to campground.
