Alerts and Important Information
Reservation of a Kabin/Park Model over a holiday weekend or for a special event requires a minimum stay of 2 (two) nights.
The deposit on a Kabin/Park Model during holiday weekends and special events shall be equal to the entire length of the stay. Cancellation of a Kabin/Park Model reservation must be done 14 days prior to scheduled arrival. Cancellation 14 days or more will result in a cancellation fee of $5 for each reserved day. Cancellation of a Kabin/Park Model with less than 14 days notice will result in a forfeiture of an amount equal to a maximum of 2 (two) days deposit and $5 for each additional day reserved.
Cancellations for holiday weekends and special events must be made prior to 7 days of scheduled arrival for an RV or tent site. Minimum cancellation charge is $5.00 if cancellation is prior to the above deadlines. Cancellation within these deadlines will result in forfeiture of the deposit which is 2 (two) days of camping.

On I-17, 25 miles north of Phoenix. Take Exit 242 and turn east. Directly ahead is a sign that says Frontage Road / Camping. Follow Frontage Road; the KOA entrance is 0.5 mile on the right.
