Description:
The cabin is located at an elevation of 4,000 feet. The cabin is enclosed by a fenced yard and has running water, hot water, a flush toilet, shower and electricity. The kitchen has all the basic amenities including a sink, electric range and refrigerator. There is a limited supply of plates, pots, pans and silverware. The cabin has gas heating and air- conditioning. It also has a functional wood stove. There is no phone or television service available. In case of emergency a cell phone might work.
The maximum capacity for the cabin is eight people. An additional two people are permitted only if a Recreational Vehicle (RV) is provided. There are beds for 6 people in the cabin: One double bed and 4 twin bunk beds. No bedding or linens provided.
Horses are permitted and there is room for up to four. There is a corral area and open space to tether or hobble horses. You must supply the feed for the horses and it must be certified weed free. Please clean up after your horses. Pets are not permitted in the cabin. The renter is responsible for any and all damages caused by animals.
