Description
Located in a heavily forested pine and aspen area at an elevation of 7000 feet in north central Arizona. Restrooms are provided, and showers are available at Canyon Point Campground eleven miles away. Campground is adjacent to Woods Canyon Lake. Firewood is available. Campground host is available on site. Popular activities include boating, hiking, photography, fishing and interpretive programs. Fee only applies to first vehicle. 2ND vehicle will be charged at the campground.

From Payson, take Highway 260 northeast towards Heber. Take Forest Road 300 west 5 miles, turn right at Woods Canyon Lake Road. Spillway is on the right about 3/4 mile.
