Description

Cabin is wheelchair accessible. It is equipped with wooden bunks, table, bench, wood and oil stoves, and an outhouse. It does not have mattresses or cooking utensils. Users should bring their own sleeping bags, pads, cook stoves, cooking gear and food. Bring #1 oil for stove to heat the cabin or you can use wood (not provided).

The cabin is located on the Northwest end of Green Island in Gibbon Anchorage. Accessible via floatplane (40 minutes from Cordova, 60 minutes from Seward) or boat (75 miles from Cordova, 70 miles from Whittier, 100 miles from Seward). Boaters should use caution and watch for uncharted rocks in this area.
