Camping Reservations
This is the Crescent Lake Cabin located on the west side of Crescent Lake, NOT the Crescent Saddle Cabin located on the south central shore of Crescent Lake.

Winter travelers need to be able to evaluate avalanche and over-ice travel conditions. Extreme avalanche conditions may be present November through June. Closed to motorized vehicles YEAR-ROUND. Closed to horse and pack stock from 4/1 to 6/30. Three consecutive days maximum per person from 5/15 to 8/31. No commercial use. The person holding the reservation must be 18. Maximum group size allowed is 8. Treat or boil water before consumption. Cabin is equipped with wooden bunks, table, benches, a woodstove for heat, boat, and an outhouse. It sleeps 4 comfortably. It has no mattresses or cooking utensils. Cabin is at the end of Crescent Creek Trail (6.4 miles from the trailhead) on the northwest tip of Crescent Lake in the Kenai Mountains. Also accessible by floatplane; 15 minute flight from Moose Pass or 20 minute flight from Cooper Landing. Refer to USGS maps Seward B7, C7, and C8.
