Cochrane Campground is located on the Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway. The Tenn-Tom Waterway is an outdoor enthusiasts' paradise.From picnicking to fishing to camping, the Tenn-Tom has it all. The Cochrane Campground has 60 sites with electric and water hookups. Additional amenities include convenient access to boat ramps, shower and laundry facilities, sanitary dump stations, fish cleaning stations, handicap accessible sites and facilities, playgrounds and multi-use courts. Our entrance gates are open at 6AM and closed at 10PM. We do not providekey or combinations for entrance into the campground after 10PM, however, we do provide an emergency exit. From Aliceville, Alabama, take Highway 17 south 10 miles. Approximately 2 miles from the Huyck Bridge, turn right at the sign for the Cochrane Recreation Area. Follow the paved road approximately 2 miles. The campground is located to the left.
