Activities:
Boat Ramp
Facilities include a boat ramp and 100-foot fishing
pier.
Canoeing
Canoe rental is $12.00 for full day.
Fishing
Fishing is a popular activity at the park since
Lake Seminole is well-known for its yields. Largemouth
and smallmouth bass, catfish, bluegill, speckled
perch, and bream are some of the fish that might
be landed by anglers. A Florida fresh water fishing
license is required for persons 16 years of age
or older.
Full Facility Camping
Camping is permitted in the Lakeside Camping Area
where we have 30 beautifully shaded and semi-private
campsites available for reservation. 30 of these
sites have water and electric. Both Florida and
Georgia are in view from our campsites. We have
a dump station conveniently located near the camping
area. Reservations can be made through Reserve America.
Nature Trails
A leisurely walk along the nature trail is an ideal
way to enjoy both wildlife and natural features of
the park. A variety of wild flowers are observed most
of the year, including Red Bud, Dog Wood, Magnolia,
and a wide variety of herb type plants. Birding can
be enjoyed most of the Winter with the migration of
water fowl on the lake and various song birds most
all the time
Cabins
Three Rivers State Park's new cabin is finished and
the response has been fantastic. The cabin was set
up on one of our existing campsites so the site prep
was kept to a minimum. The siding is all cedar with
a green metal roof. There is a built on screened porch
complete with rocking chairs. The interior is all
wood and it comes with a complete kitchen, ADA restroom,
wood burning fireplace, 1 bedroom, and a sleeping
loft. One of the most unique features is the handmade
furniture in the living room/dining room area. The
furniture was built by Ranger Ralph Cox.
