Nassau Sound Fishing Pier State Park was dedicated and renamed George Crady Bridge State Fishing Pier in September 2003. This pedestrian only fishing bridge spans the Nassau Sound, some of the best fishing grounds in Florida!
Nassau Sound Bait and Tackle, a park service provider, is located at the North end of the bridge in Amelia Island State Park. They offer a full line of live and dead bait, tackle, and snacks. They even have rod and reel rentals!Nassau Sound Bait and Tackle is open at the north end of the Nassau Sound fishing bridge. This concession is open year-round from sunrise to sunset and offers just about everything you’ll need for a day of fishing.
Nassau Sound Bait and Tackle offers a variety
of live and dead bait, tackle, weights, floats,
and lures. Rental rods and reels are also
available. And for your convenience, they
sell an assortment of snacks, drinks, and
sandwiches.
Hours of Operation
The Nassau Sound Fishing Bridge is open twenty-four
hours a day, 365 days a year.
Driving Directions
Entrance to the park is through the Amelia Island
State Park entrance. Amelia Island is located
7 miles north of Little Talbot Island State
Park on S.R. A1A, or 8 miles south of Fernandina
Beach.
