Rockfish Fishing Charters
Redfish, Spotted Sea Trout, and Tarpon are the most sought after sport fish in the Big Bend area of the Florida Panhandle. A number of other species including Cobia, Jack Crevalle, Triple Tail, Flounder, Lady Fish, and Spanish Mackerel are caught at various times of the year. Season, winds, weather, and tides all play an important role in what's biting.

Captain Rex Phipps
I take half and full day fishing charters on the waters of the Apalachicola River and its tributaries, the Apalachicola Bay, the St. George Island and St. Vincent Island Sounds, the passes to the Gulf of Mexico, and the out side beaches of our barrier islands. I operate a 21-foot Parker powered by a 200 hp Evinrude. I fish for speckled trout, redfish, pompano, tripletail (sunfish), flounder, tarpon and many other species we have in our area waters.
