Adventures Unlimited headquarters north of Milton, is one of the finest family camping and recreation facilities on the Gulf Coast. Located on 88 wooded acres at the confluence of Wolfe Creek and Coldwater Creek are:

Canoe camping on a starry night in the woods, on a broad sand beach with cool clear water flowing past your campsite, is a unique experience. Two and three-day trips are available. Bring your own gear or let us supply you with a canoe completely out-fitted. You only need to bring food and clothing.

A wilderness store stocked with everything from t-shirts, hats and canoeing gear to snacks, ice and soft drinks.
Recreation areas including a playground, horseshoes, volleyball and a nature trail.
Catering Service, home-style meals and barbecue available from our chef for your group outing.

RESERVATIONS FOR LODGING
There are two night minimums on all A.U.O.C. lodging facilities and campgrounds. *Three nights on holidays.
A one night stay damage deposit and prepayment of lodging is required.
No pets are allowed.

There is a fourteen day cancellation period on family size accommodations and a 60 day cancellation period on group accommodations.

LODGING ACCOMMODATIONS
Two night minimum on all family size cabins and campgrounds
There are NO televisions, telephones, clocks, or radios in any of the cabins.


Old School House Inn: Cost: $79.00-99.00 per night. *$89.00-109.00 per night. Capacity: 2 or 4 person rooms. The rooms at the School House have high ceilings, and hardwood floors that characterize Old Southern Charm. Each room has a full bath, microwave, coffeepot and mini refrigerator. *Seasonal rates.

Two Room Camping Style Cabins: Cost: $49.00 per night. *$59.00 per night. Capacity: 6 people. These rustic, two room, air-conditioned cabins have a room with a double bed and bunk beds. Restroom facilities are a short walk away.

Primitive campsites: Cost: $15.00 per site for up to 4 people. $3.00 per person for each additional person per night.

Hook up Sites: Cost: $20.00 per site per night for up to 4 people. $3.00 per person for each additional person per night

Pet and Alcohol Free Campground. Hook- up sites have 30 amp electric hookups and water. Primitive sites are “walk to” sites located on the Coldwater River.
