Town & Country R.V. Resort is an adult gated community in Sanford, FL.  Conveniently located between Orlando and Daytona Beach Town & Country offers easy access to Disney World and Daytona International Speedway while giving all the comforts of a relaxed wooded atmosphere.

For those who enjoy the simple life Town & Country offers a swimming pool, heated December through March, free pool tables, shuffle board, horseshoes, bingo and many other onsite amenities and activities. A Winter activities committee and a Summer fun gang makes sure you are never bored during your stay.

Town & Country R.V. Resort can accommodate R.V.'s up to 40ft. with slide outs. We also have 4 full hook-up pull thrus with 50 amp service for units 40 feet or longer. Offering full sun or shaded sites with 50 and 30 amp electric service. Town & Country prides itself on making your stay as enjoyable as possible, should any problem arise after office hours there is 24 hour maintenance on-call. On-site amenities include a on-site laundromat and L/P gas .

From Orlando:  I-4 East to exit 104 Turn left onto Orange Blvd. 2 miles on the left

From Daytona:  I-4 west to exit 101C turn right onto SR 46 appx. 2 miles turn right onto Orange Blvd 1 mile on right.
