Adelaide Shores RV Resort is one of central Florida's finest active adult lake front communities offering 400 spacious RV and Park Model sites. The resort is located just 2 miles north of Avon Park on US Hwy 27. We are minutes away from good health care, great shopping, and fabulous restaurants. Located in central Florida, we are a short drive from either coast, Disney World, Sea World, Bush Gardens, Universal Studios, and many other fine attractions. Adelaide Shores RV Resort is served with well lit paved streets, underground utilities, and large sites ranging from 45' x 65' to 45' x 90'. The sites feature full hookups including 30 & 50 amp electrical service, full concrete pads, cable television, telephone, sewer & water. Our club house is 5,000 sq. Foot, including a full kitchen, computer room, raised stage, pool table, large screen television, and many daily activities. Our pool is 30' x 60' with a large wrap around concrete deck with patio furniture provided. Available outdoor facilities include lighted shuffleboard courts, lighted tennis courts, and horseshoe pits. We offer bath and laundry facilities, which are cleaned daily for those who choose to stay in our resort. Our resort is a very active community featuring activities such as: bingo, shuffleboard, horseshoes, billiards, crafts, quilting, cards, cookouts, aquacise, weekly coffee meetings, special events, dances, and sometimes even a Grand Old Opry star performing for your pleasure.

Directions: Going South on Hwy 27 we are located about 3 miles north of SR 64 on the left or 1/2 mile into Highlands county.
