Welcome to the world of shallow water fishing. You'll find fish from 1lb to 150 lbs in as little as two feet of water. Capt. John Griffiths will guide you to some of the most exciting fishing that you have ever done. The kind of people who will appreciate this type of fishing the most are people who can't fish or have had little success in their fishing endeavors.

Fishing is done at the world famous Flamingo Lodge, Marina & Outpost Resort in Everglades National Park. Your guide is Capt. John Griffiths who is licensed and insured and for hire to carry passengers.

Captain Eric's South Florida Fishing Charters will take you on the flats of Biscayne Bay, Key Largo, Islamorada and Flamingo..

We will fish the flats for Bonefish, Permit, Tarpon, Sharks, Redfish and Snook.

Capt. Eric P. VanDemark has been fishing since the age of 4. Eric has spent the majority of his life fishing the waters of South florida.

Capt. Eric specializes in flats fishing with light tackle and fly. When he's not on the water guiding clients to monster bonefish, Capt. Eric volunteers his spare time and years of experience to the conservation of Biscayne Bay. He is currently an integral team member of the University of Miami's Bonefish Research Project who assists their admirable endeavor by tagging and releasing bonefish.
